We want you to be happy with your purchase and we apologise if it is not. For whatever reason that you are not satisfied, we would be most happy to provide exchanges and returns for all items purchased from us if the following conditions are met:
- All items must be in their original packaging with product tags intact.
- All items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in its original condition.
- Originals receipts/invoice would need to be included.
- All items would need to be purchased originally.
If above conditions aren’t met, we regret to inform that we are unable to process any claims for exchanges or refund regardless that the items have been mailed back to us.
Sales item(s) are non-exchangeable nor returnable via our online portal.
1. Validity for exchange and/or return:
1.1 All exchanges and returns would need to be raised within 4 hours after the shipment has been delivered.
2. Procedure for exchange and/or return:
2.1 You will need to include your original invoice (sent by mail to your given e-mail address) together with the item(s) in its original condition and packaging.
2.2 Kindly write an Exchange/Return Request E-mail at email@example.com mentioning your Order ID (found in the order confirmation email and invoice sent to you upon your order) and your concerns regarding the item(s) delivered to you.
2.3 Mail us your parcel via a traceable mode of postage (Leopards Courier is our trusted partner).
2.4 Wait for our confirmation via e-mail or call, and you will be notified once your online Store Credit is ready. Generally, the processing period is 5 working days from the date of your claim/complaint.
2.5 All returns and exchanges made would need to be shipped to:

3. Terms & Conditions for Returns/Exchange:
3.1 All requests for returns will be refunded via online Store Credit only. Your online Store Credit can be used for your next purchase online. It is strictly non refundable, non extendable, non exchangeable for cash and non exchangeable. If however, your purchase exceeds PKR 5000, you have the choice to either claim your refund in form of store credit or get a 30% refund to your preferred medium of banking (70% percent of the amount will be refunded to you in store credit).
3.2 Online Store Credit given will be at the buying price of the product as stated in the original invoice. No refunds will be provided for delivery charges incurred in the original, returned and onward delivery charges of exchanged/returned items.
3.3 However, if any of the products received is deemed defective or a wrong shipment, we will bear the cost of delivery the item(s) back to you. Please note that all exchanges are subjected to stock availability and whilst we endeavor to deliver replacement item(s) back to you, we reserve the right to do an exchange by way of item(s) of a similar value or providing online store credits.
3.4 All items that are returned and exchanged, can only be made once.
3.5 We reserve the right and full discretion to disqualify you from enjoying free returns if the subsequent item(s) for return or exchange are of the same item(s) as a previous order.
3.6 Our returns and exchanges policy does not cover unique, accidental, or random damage resulting from use of the item(s).
